To include from 6pm the previous day to noon of the day following the booking:

Business Functions:
All day booking of Committee Room/Small Hall (to include coffee. Sandwich lunch may be arranged at an additional charge.) Weekdays only : £100
Booking Arrangements:

Your booking will be confirmed only on payment of a deposit (50% of hire charge) the balance to be paid two weeks before the event.
The Committee reserves the right to ask for an additional deposit for certain functions and to refuse use of the Hall at their discretion.
Cancellation charges: Notice of cancellation of less than 4 weeks forfeits 50% of your deposit.
Notice of cancellation of less than 2 weeks forfeits the whole of your deposit.
